How persuade someone to accept your point of view or convince them to change something.
First I will understand the situation before and after change and convincing someone is possible through relationship building and presenting the facts. I will also take help of some examples to convince others. I will give some references as well to make others understand while avoiding comparisons.
Approaching the new team or new working environment.
While we approach a new working environment the first thing is understanding the culture of the organisation. I will adjust myself in a positive & friendly manner while taking care of the responsibilities assigned. Listening carefully and having motivation in behaviour will be my positive things.Understanding to work with important client.
I will work with any important client or customer with proper behaviour. Selection of words in communication is very important for me. While making decisions with clients, relationship building is very important but at the same time organisational policies will be there in my mind.
If any client is dissatisfied then I will listen to them very carefully, say apologies for inconvenience and give solutions. I also need to earn trust and make no false promises.

Actually new ideas or policies are the solutions to the existing problems. I will explain the motives and reasons behind the change. Change management also gives an opportunity to make relationship.
